My name is Charlyndria but people usually call me Char or Charlie. I'm 21 and I live and the DC area and I'm a college student at Marymount University.
I'm majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Communications. I've always loved fashion. movies, art, and music. I've always wanted to be apart of the Entertainment industry in one way or another. I want to be a jack of all trades: I want to be a stylist, potential fashion designer and working on making my own PR firm in the future. I don't know yet how this will happen but I can't wait for my life after school.
I made this blog just to express myself and write down all the random musing within my crazy mind. I'm not really looking for Tumblr fame but that would be nice.
My plans for 2012
I’m graduating this Summer and I’m going for my Masters degree in Communications. It’s a better investment for me and I will acquire more skills for future employers. I’ve already scouted some schools that I really liked most of them are in California and New York City. But I would rather go to school in California. I feel like it will be a nice escape from the east coast and it would be nice to be in an area where I can start fresh. I don’t have any family in California. My entire family is in the South and and the East Coast. This will give me a chance to branch out on my own and find my calling. I’m really excited about this all. This is going to be a busy year but a great one.
Naturals: If there was an Apocalypse and there was no power, running water, and all of society has failed how would you style your hair?
I would probably keep mines braided and steal some wigs from a abandoned beauty supply. I’ll just wear the wig over it.
